    1. Through inspection to determine the most appropriate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures to be implemented for prompt pest reduction.
    2. Among the numerous pest control techniques employed by our company are:

      1. Residual spraying and aerosol treatments (for flushing action) shall be applied in corners, cracks and crevices, drainage areas and in other pest habitat area for the control of crawling insects, on once a month basis.
      2. Rodent baiting with the use of bait stations and bait packets placed in inaccessible areas shall be maintained throughout the duration of this contract. Additionally, glue traps shall be used along rodent pathways.
      3. ULV misting inside and outside for space spray treatments shall be performed with alternating appropriate insecticides for the control of flying insects, on once a month basis.
      4. Thorough inspections shall be conducted by our trained pest control technicians, who shall be required to submit their written recommendations regarding the need for the improvement in sanitation and physical pest barriers and pest habitat reduction.
